RETURNS  All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email customer service at blackbirdbeauty1@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. **All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.**

 BBB Shipment scheduling is Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm. Orders do not go out on Sundays or holidays. Please allow for an extra 2 business days of shipment process time during/if company is experiencing high volume of orders. • Always BE GENTLE- be just as gentle removing lashes as you are when applying them.

•  keep away from water and heat 

            - never soak you lashes in any liquid because they can lose their shape.

            - never use heated lash curler on false lash. 

• Remove before going to sleep.

• Gently remove remaining glue from the lashes

• Always place lashes back into original tray to keep clean, keep their shape and protect them.

• Avoid mascara - Mascara, especially waterproof mascara, can damage strip.

          - use as little as possible if necessary on your own lashes before putting on your  BlackBird Beauty  lashes.

• Avoid pulling or tugging on lash strands when removing glue from strip band.
