RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

BBB Shipment scheduling is Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm. Orders do not go out on Sundays or holidays. - never soak you lashes in any liquid because they can lose their shape.
- never use heated lash curler on false lash.

Gently remove remaining glue from the lashes

Always place lashes back into original tray to keep clean,keep their shape and protect them.

Avoid mascara - Mascara, especially waterproof mascara, can damage strip.
- use as little as possible if necessary on your own lashes before putting on your BlackBird Beauty lashes.

Avoid pulling or tugging on lash strands when removing glue from strip band.
