RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. Please enjoy your BBB products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for a legitimate reason, you may reach out via email BlackBirdBeauty1@gmail.com to rectify the situation. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS  All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email customer service at blackbirdbeauty1@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipment processing time

**All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.**

 BBB Shipment scheduling is Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm. Orders do not go out on Sundays or holidays. Please allow for an extra 2 business days of shipment process time during/if company is experiencing high volume of orders. If any delays occur with order shipping you will always be notified immediately and contacted via email. However please be advised that order delay is a rare occurrence.

Damages

 BlackBird Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at BlackBirdBeauty1@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
