RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS  To return an item, please email customer service at blackbirdbeauty1@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

**All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.**

 BBB Shipment scheduling is Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm. Orders do not go out on Sundays or holidays. Please allow for an extra 2 business days of shipment process time during/if company is experiencing high volume of orders. If any delays occur with order shipping you will always be notified immediately and contacted via email. However please be advised that order delay is a rare occurrence.

 BlackBird Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

** Please contact via email before your order is placed to make sure your country is within BBB online shipping regulations and guidelines. Refunds are available and guaranteed for Beauties who place an online order and are unfortunately outside our guideline of shipment.

• Always BE GENTLE- be just as gentle removing lashes as you are when applying them.

•  keep away from water and heat 

            - never soak you lashes in any liquid because they can lose their shape.

            - never use heated lash curler on false lash. 

• Remove before going to sleep.

• Gently remove remaining glue from the lashes

• Always place lashes back into original tray to keep clean, keep their shape and protect them.

• Avoid mascara - Mascara, especially waterproof mascara, can damage strip.

          - use as little as possible if necessary on your own lashes before putting on your  BlackBird Beauty  lashes.

• Avoid pulling or tugging on lash strands when removing glue from strip band.
